Durham Outlook needs a new home, but we cannot create one without the help of the community.
Having outgrown our current facility both in terms of serviceability and size, The Foundation Stones Project allows individuals, businesses, and groups to donate to the building of the new facility and to be permanently recognized as a committed donor and friend of DOFN.
This is where you come in.
To assist us in this endeavor, we are inviting you to join our “Foundation Stones” Fundraising Pledge Program. This program allows individuals or teams to donate to the building of this new facility and receive recognition in the form of a permanent “Foundation Stone” plaque for our new building.
Based on the amount of your pledge, your name will be embossed on one of the Foundation Stone Plaques.
Tier 1 – “Foundation Stones” – $100.00 to $999.00 individual donation (or team donation)
Tier 2 – “Foundation Stone Champions” – $1,000.00 to $9,999.00 individual donations (or team donation)
Tier 3 – “Foundation Stone Guardians” – $10,000.00 up individual donations (or team donation)

Donations can be made by either use our secure online server or simply download the printable Foundation Stones Donation Form (PDF Format), fill it out completely and mail or fax your completed registration to the address/fax number indicated on the form.
