DURHAM OUTLOOK FOR THE NEEDY invites you to sponsor our Hunger Drive Charity Golf Tournament being held August 24, 2023 at 4 SEASONS GOLF CLUB (Concession Road #9, Claremont, Ontario).
All monies raised will help to support Durham Outlook’s New Soup Kitchen at 227 Simcoe St. S., Oshawa.
Construction of the new facility is now complete; Durham Outlook served their first meal at the new facility March 10th 2022. We are currently raising funds to reduce the $650,000 mortgage required due to increased building expenses. The new fully accessible facility incorporates a beautiful modern kitchen, bright and spacious dining hall, food bank, thrift store and office/boardroom space. Your sponsorship will help ensure that the seniors, children, and other members of our community who rely on the kitchen on a daily basis will have a safe, secure place to go not only for a healthy meal but social interaction and support as well.
