DURHAM OUTLOOK FOR THE NEEDY invites you to sponsor our Hunger Drive Charity Golf Tournament being held August 24, 2021 at FOUR SEASONS GOLF CLUB (Concession Road #9, Claremont, Ontario).
All monies raised will help to further fund the build of Durham Outlook’s New Soup Kitchen at 227 Simcoe St. S., Oshawa. With your help, we plan to be serving a Christmas meal in our new facility.
Construction of the new facility is underway; foundations and underground plumbing are complete and steel is starting in early July.
The new fully accessible facility will incorporate a beautiful modern kitchen, bright and spacious dining hall, food bank, thrift store and office/boardroom space. Your sponsorship will help ensure that the seniors, children, and other members of our community who rely on the kitchen on a daily basis will have a safe, secure place to go not only for a healthy meal but social interaction and support as well.
