Imran Jaffer is a mission-driven leader with nearly 20 years of experience spanning financial services, nonprofit fundraising and community development. Throughout his career, Imran has demonstrated exceptional skill in financial management, strategic planning and volunteer leadership, guiding teams and driving sustainable impact in both professional and volunteer capacities.

Imran has held key roles in major financial institutions – including CIBC, TD Canada Trust and Allstate – delivering expert financial advice, managing multimillion-dollar portfolios and building lasting client relationships. As Founder and President of Avion Specialty Marketing, he has overseen marketing operations, led business outreach efforts, and fostered growth through partnership-building and innovation.

Deeply committed to service, Imran has raised over $112,500 for international humanitarian projects and coordinated missions to support clean water, education and food security in multiple countries. His local leadership includes supervising volunteer programs at Durham Outlook, coaching youth basketball and spearheading inclusive community initiatives across Durham Region.
