Erin Carter brings over 28 years of experience in law enforcement to their role as a dedicated board member at Durham Outlook. Throughout their career, they have been committed to serving their community – and that same dedication continues through their volunteer work. 

Driven by a genuine compassion for others, Erin is passionate about supporting individuals facing difficult circumstances, and helping ensure everyone has access to a warm meal and a welcoming space. 

Outside of the kitchen, Erin is very active with DIY construction projects and maintains an active lifestyle through yoga and cycling.
